Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all original tags attached
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Items marked as final sale

How to Return

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us via instagrm @Thepressure.club with your order number
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorisation
3. Pack your items securely in the original packaging
4. Ship the items back to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return:

• We'll inspect the items within 2-3 business days
• If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
• Refunds typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank
• You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please contact us. We'll help arrange an exchange subject to availability.
